PRSA Gulfstream Chapter — Sponsorship Packages

As a sponsor of the Gulfstream Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), covering Broward and south Palm Beach Counties, you can be involved in a number of different ways, depending on the level of direct access you want to members and how you want to be promoted to members, non-member professionals and students.

The Gulfstream Chapter of PRSA offers the following sponsor opportunities:

• Annual Sponsor: $750 per year
• Event sponsor: Underwrite food and location costs of one meeting

Benefits to our sponsors:

• Placement of your company logo and a short company bio (2 paragraphs) on the Gulfstream Chapter Web site with a live link back to your own website. The Gulfstream Chapter site is home to more than 10,000 uniquely qualified visitors each month. (www.prsagulfstream.org)
• Recognition in our quarterly president’s update e-mail via inclusion of company name and website.
• Opportunity to be a meeting “host” including a 3-minute pitch and distribution of literature at one of our monthly events.
• Two complimentary seats at the hosted meeting.
• Recognition in e-communications sent out for the “hosted” meeting.
• Inclusion on the Friends page of our member directory with logo.
• One-half page ad in our membership directory, published annually; approximately 500 copies of the directory are distributed each year.
• Member rate at all functions for one person.
• Formal recognition at our annual meeting in December.
• The opportunity to post available positions at no charge in our job bank for twelve months.
• Two complimentary seats at the sponsored event.
• Recognition as a sponsor at the podium at the sponsored event.
• Opportunity to welcome guests at the sponsored event.
